an update

I took the week sorta off. I went to the gym in an attempt to not look like an ass and continue to podcast my little heart out. Oh and I went to rap battle and drank a BUNG LOAD OF BEER INTO MY LITTLE BITTY HEAD A LO

What is the podcast. Well it is my own personal weird experiment, I am trying to cast everyday I can. I thought about blogging everyday but I find this a weird unsatisfactory chore while podcasting is fun I chat to friends about shit and mouth off without thinking and it gives me structure. I am going to work on my set for the Winnipeg comedy festival it will be a delightful so come watch me tell them same jokes I always tell.
